Just about the only highlight of the year 2015’s brutal Canadian winter was the partially frozen Niagara Falls. Checkout a few pictures from our visit that is bound to send a chill down your spine.

It is neither the biggest, nor the tallest, but it is one of the most magnificent waterfalls in North America and one of the greatest natural wonders of the world. We visited this place last weekend. And not just the greatest natural wonders, these are also the most powerful waterfalls (by volume) in the world.

This is the magnificent Niagara Falls in Ontario, Canada.  Seen here is the “horseshoe falls”, so called because of the horseshoe shape and is clearly seen from the Canadian side (partially seen from the American side).  Interestingly, Niagara Falls is neither the widest nor the tallest in the world.  However, it is the biggest by volume.
