Taking Flight…

Video: Silverton Falls, Banff National Park

SubscribeFiled Under: Canada, Videos,by Bhakti and Neeraj

This nice “little” 150-foot waterfall is less than 30-km from Banff town and is a great hike for beginners and even experienced hikers alike who want to get their feet wet before going for more challenging hikes in Banff National Park.

Silverton Falls is an easy 1-hour (round-trip) hike from the Rockbound Lake parking lot, 0.2-km east of Castle Junction, which can be accessed from the Bow Valley Parkway (Highway 1A).
